The presenters in this webinar unpack the myriad of terms, methods and design alternatives to help programs understand their options for defining the expectations within their exams.  

Most credentialing organizations recognize the importance of conducting a job task analysis (or job analysis, task analysis) but rarely understand their options for doing so and how key characteristics of their program should drive the design of this process and define the intended outcome. The presenters review the variety of methodologies available in this space and provide attendees with a framework for marrying the methodology with their specific program characteristics and for making decisions as to what their final content framework should look like. This framework will help attendees determine what type of process(s) they can use to analyze the current job requirements, how to gather collaborative input from various stakeholders during this process and how to use all sources of input to make the final decisions about the content framework.
