To do this, Questionmark Workforce supports several learning technology interoperability standards, such as AICC, SCORM, LTI, and xAPI. These standards are typically a good fit for lower-stakes L&D programs, where an advanced proctoring appointment is not required.
Secondly, Questionmark Workforce also offers a robust API layer that can be used as an integrate method. The API approach is recommended for high-stakes L&D programs that require live proctoring with advanced appointments. There are several proven integration patterns that can be followed to achieve a range of candidate journeys. The simplest might involve listening for exam results that are pushed from Questionmark Workforce to a third party. A more complex integration would be where the candidate journey of booking the exam, taking the proctored exam, and accessing the score report is fully embedded within the test sponsor’s CRM or other candidate management system.
