Government Hub
Our government hub brings together the latest resources to help safely deliver assessments and certifications within government and the public sector.
‘New blood’ drives innovation. And the right training improves performance. But for government organisations, bringing in people with the right skills, and helping others develop them, can be challenging. The right assessments at the right time help with both.
Online assessments enable employers to speed up their recruitment process and to identify the right candidates. Testing the skills and attitudes of potential recruits can help ensure they have what’s needed.
When employers invest in staff training, assessments can measure the effectiveness of the course. Online testing of staff during and after the training can reveal if it is working. Testing employees before the course ensures that unnecessary training is eliminated.
Of course, all of this has to be done to the highest standards, using the right methods and the most robust security.
TALKING POINTS: Helping government deliver online assessments
Online assessments play a vital role across government. They help decision makers ensure they have the right people focusing on the right jobs. They help ensure the right compliance measures are in place and so much more. Learn more in our “Talking Points” video.
USE CASE: Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command
The Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) is responsible for protecting the Navy’s networks and data from cyberattacks. NCDOC trains and assesses approximately 250 participants annually. Training includes sending participants to off-site certification programmes as well as in-house boot camps.
NCDOC is focused on fulfilling their mission to protect their networks and data from cyber-attacks, so assessments are key to ensuring that solid learning took place during training. Did participants understand what was taught, and can they implement what they have learned?
