This week’s “how to” article highlights one of the four Questionmark Analytics reports specific to course evaluation, now available in Questionmark OnDemand.
Last week we examined the “Class Summary” report, which drills down into results for a specific class and instructor. This week we’ll take a look at the “Instructor Summary Report”:
- What it does: Compares average course evaluation rates for each instructor of a specific course
- Who should use it: This report is ideal for managers and learning/education/training professionals looking to improve future learning experiences by understanding the reactions and attitudes of course participants to course materials, content and instructors.
- How it looks: A dynamically generated table represents summary survey scores for all topics for each instructor. Averages are ranked and color coded from lowest to highest score. There are three components:
