Kaitlyn leads the Shared Services, People Operations function. Kaitlyn joined Questionmark in 2006. Alongside her team, she is responsible for all of the people operations including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee benefits, employee compensation, HR administration, employee relations and many other areas of the People Operations function across the US, UK, EU, and AU.
Kaitlyn is a former technical recruiter. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology from the University of New Haven.
