Cancellation policy: You may cancel your conference registration and receive a full refund, less a $50.00 processing fee, by notifying Questionmark in writing of the cancellation no later than January 22nd, 2010. Fax the cancellation notification to 1-800-339-3944 or send to Questionmark, Attn: Clare Ramery; 535 Connecticut Avenue, Suite 100, Norwalk, CT 06854, USA. No refunds will be granted after January 22nd, although substitutions will be allowed at any time.
