Dr. Donald Kirkpatrick to Address Questionmark Users Conference
STAMFORD, CT – October 29, 2003 – Donald Kirkpatrick, Ph.D., an internationally recognized expert in the field of training program development and evaluation, will address the second annual Question
mark Users Conference February 24-27, 2004, in San Diego, CA.
Dr. Kirkpatrick’s presentation on “The Four Levels of Learning Measurement” will be the first keynote address of the conference, which will bring together users of Question
mark™ Perception™ testing and assessment software. Participants will spend three days discussing best practices in assessment and learning about the latest techniques for deploying computerized quizzes, tests, exams and surveys.
