Each Questionmark tenant comes with a set of pre-defined roles, each containing permissions to enable users to gain access to certain areas and perform specific tasks. Admins can edit existing or create custom roles, that includes only the permissions they want to assign to a user. Furthermore, it may be necessary for admins to archive topics and/or questions.
