Solution helps organizations manage all parts of the assessment process to help improve the performance of test-takers and ensure assessments meet compliance requirements

January 5, 2022 — Questionmark Computing Limited announced today that the solution it developed will be sold as an SAP Solution Extension under the name SAP® Assessment Management by Questionmark. The solution is now available on SAP Store and is part of SAP’s industry cloud portfolio for the higher education and research industry.

Now more than ever, employers need reliable information about the skills of their employees as firms face the future of work. Organizations must be able to deliver secure online exams and assessments.

Neil McGough, General Manager of Questionmark, said: “It is essential that employers know whether their teams have the modern skills to deal with an ever-changing business environment. Education and credentialing institutions need a reliable way to deliver assessments securely and at scale. SAP Assessment Management by Questionmark will help organizations secure reliable information about their people, be they employees or students, enabling better decisions as a result.”

With the SAP Assessment Management application by Questionmark, organizations can manage all parts of the assessment process: from creating questions and assessments, to securely delivering the exams and analyzing the results.

Key features include:

  • Collaborative authoring
  • Assessment analysis and reporting
  • Secure, blended delivery
  • Multilingual assessments

SAP Assessment Management by Questionmark enables organizations to measure and enhance learning, verify skills of the workforce and help meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

“The SAP Assessment Management solution developed by Questionmark complements our portfolio and enables our customers to create, manage, and securely deliver assessments for their workforce or students,” said Reinhard Landes, Global Solution Manager, IBU Higher Education & Research, SAP. “This is a prime example of how co-innovation between our organizations can deliver value for customers. We look forward to continued collaboration with Questionmark to create innovative cloud solutions and applications for customers who want to drive cost-effective and sustainable growth in their industry.”

Proctoring Record and Review by Questionmark is also available for purchase on SAP Store. The application fully integrates with SAP Assessment Management by Questionmark and SAP® SuccessFactors® Learning to make it easier for users to guard against cheating on online exams or assessments. The automated system observes and records the exam session on video, for potential review later. The system flags potential anomalies, such as a second person on screen. The system also creates an overall suspicion level percentage for the entire exam session.
