Guarding against fines
A failure to comply with GDPR risks a fine of €20 million. And 80% of organizations do not believe they are fully compliant.
The risks are even greater with much of the workforce currently working from home.
The ready-made assessment can test knowledge of staff from a wide range of functions that regularly use personal data and those that manage the data policy. It can also measure the effectiveness of GDPR training. The assessment can demonstrate to regulators that robust measures have been taken.
The test asks the participant to answer 25 multiple choice, multiple response and matching questions within 45 minutes.
At the end of the assessment, the participant is provided with overall score, topic score and a detailed question level feedback on incorrect answers, giving the correct answer. Managers can run reports to view performance across the organization. The data are instantly compiled and easy to analyze.
