A dedicated account manager and support technician is assigned to customers. The service includes regularly scheduled business reviews, customer case/issue ticket support and resolution.
A dedicated implementation and onboarding specialist/team is available to ensure an efficient and effective rollout of Questionmark. We offer the following services: roles and permissions guidance, configuration guidance, content migration, integration, custom reporting, branding, assessment templates, and more. Product training is available at the customer’s location or remotely via a virtual session.
