Yes we do.

ISO 27001 is the most widely recognized information security standard in the world.  Questionmark was accredited after an in-depth assessment by external, accredited auditors. The certification recognizes companies for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving their information security management systems (ISMS).

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new European privacy law that imposes rules on organizations that store or manage data tied to EU residents.

Questionmark is committed to GDPR compliance across our OnDemand services. We provide GDPR guidance and related assurances within contracts and documentation to help customers be compliant.

Questionmark’s European OnDemand service is run is run by a European-registered company using a European data center and is therefore resistant to legal action within the US, such as under the Patriot Act.
