Questionmark Recertified by HR-XML Consortium, Inc.
Open data exchange standards promote smoother system integrations
NORWALK, CT. – August 29, 2007 – The HR-XML Consortium has recertified testing and assessment software provider Questionmark as conforming to the Consortium’s open data exchange standards.
Conformance to standards can help employers achieve smoother integrations between the Questionmark™ Perception™ assessment management system and core HR systems, ultimately making it faster and easier for HR managers to perform essential tasks such as scheduling assessments or accessing results.
HR-XML-certified organizations are awarded a logo to use on their websites and a conformance statement within a registry located at www.HRcertify.org. The HR-XML certified logo indicates that the solution provider is a technology leader and is ready to integrate flexibly and opportunistically with customers and partners.
“We congratulate Questionmark for getting recertified,” said Chuck Allen, HR-XML Consortium Director. “Compliance with open standards is important to HR decision-makers procuring HR solutions, so Questionmark’s commitment to these standards is well placed.”
“With employers relying more and more upon testing and assessment in the candidate selection process, it’s more essential than ever to have open data exchange standards for the smooth integration of applicant tracking and assessment systems,” added Questionmark CEO Eric Shepherd. “It is a pleasure to work with the HR-XML Consortium in ensuring our products keep pace with the needs of HR organizations.”
