Questionmark Announces New Chairman of the Board
Leading assessment software provider has announced the appointment of international leader Bernie Waldron as Non-Executive Chairman
TRUMBULL, CT – March 15, 2017 – Questionmark, a leader in assessment technologies and portal solutions has recently announced the appointment of Bernie Waldron as Non-Executive Chairman. With over 30 years of non-executive, executive and management experience, spanning UK plc, venture capital, private equity and global blue-chip corporates Bernie has been personally responsible for revenues of $5m to $3bn per annum across various technology, IT Services and Software organisations.
As Questionmark’s Chairman, Bernie will help to facilitate the development and execution of strategies and play a strategic role in developing, mentoring and evaluating the performance of board members. John Kleeman, Questionmark’s founder and former Chairman, will continue to play a strategic role within Questionmark to focus on assessment best practices, compliance and issues related to data sovereignty.
Bernie started his career in IBM as a developer and engineer and spent about 27 years working in IBM. His last few executive roles included being IBM director of corporate strategy, General Manager of IBMs Industrial Sector division for EMEA and Executive Chairman of the Maersk Data Group. For the last decade, he's focused on helping approximately 10 software and IT businesses grow and succeed as Non-Executive Chairman or Director. He is also a Board Mentor for Criticaleye, the Network of Business Leaders.
