How can I update my contact details or password?

You can change your contact details or password on the My Details tab once you have logged in. The My Details tab can be configured to:
  1. Not be displayed
  2. Displayed only showing certain details

If your My Details tab is displayed you can use it to change the details you have stored in Perception. For example, you may want to:

  • change your password,
  • or update your contact information.

To change your details (if available):

  1. Once logged in to the Secure assessment login click the My Details tab.
  2. Locate the particular detail(s) you want to change and update them accordingly.
  3. Click Save Changes.

If the My Details tab is not available or the details you want to update are not displayed, please contact your Perception administrator/course leader.
