STAMFORD, CT – November 8, 2004 –Assessment expert and author Judith Hale, Ph.D., CPT, will deliver a keynote address at the Question mark 2005 Users Conference to be held in New Orleans March 13-16.

Her presentation will focus on how to build a business case for assessment by understanding the role it plays in the value chain, the orderly steps an organization follows in order to create and build value.


About Judith Hale:Judith Hale, Ph.D., CPT is the author of The Performance Consultant’s Fieldbook, Performance-Based Certification, Performance-Based Evaluation, and Performance-Based Management: What Every Manager Should Do To Get Results. She has been a consultant to management in the public and private sectors for over 25 years. She specializes in needs assessments, certification programs, evaluation protocols, and the implementation of major interventions. She is an active member of ASTD and past president of ISPI and the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (ibstpi). Her firm is an affiliate member of the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA). Judith was awarded a B.A. from Ohio State University, a M.A. from Miami University, and a Ph.D. from Purdue University.Judith speaks regularly at international and national conferences on subjects related to implementation, evaluation, needs assessment, certification, and performance improvement
