Performance Training Systems, Inc. over 30 years ago began development of test banks for the Fire and Emergency Services based upon National Fire Protection Association, Professional Qualification Standards and the Medical First Responder Requirements of the U. S. Department of Transportation. The process of test bank development, validation, and use of job incumbents to maintain job relevance, test validity, and quality has been our hallmark of success.
