Questionmark Partners with Training Systems

STAMFORD, CT - June 10, 2002 - Leading testing and assessment software provider Questionmark has announced a new consulting partnership with customized training and HR consultants Training Systems, Inc.

Training Systems offers customized training and HR consulting to all types of industries through a nationwide team of associates with expertise in training design, delivery, evaluation, and consulting. Clients include professional associations; training and consulting organizations; companies involved in manufacturing, job placement, food service, healthcare/rehabilitation, retail, and service industries; and K12 school districts.

As a new Questionmark partner, the company will integrate Questionmark™ Perception™ assessments within some of its training and recommend the software to customers who are developing their own assessments.

"Whenever training takes place there has to be a reinforcement of the learning and a measure of the return on investment, so everything we do has an assessment component," said Training Systems President Carolyn B. Thompson. "Assessment is built in as part of the learning process. When I saw Perception, I thought this is far and above anything I've ever seen in terms of ease of use and intuitiveness, and the expense of using Perception is far less than when you are trying to build assessment tools on your own."

Eric Shepherd, president of Questionmark, added: "Training Systems exemplified the positive, forward-looking attitude that makes for innovative training that motivate learners. We are delighted to have them join us as consulting partners and look forward to working with them."
