STAMFORD, CT – September 22, 2003 – Testing and assessment software suppliers Questionmark and NogginLabs, a custom corporate e-learning software development company, today announced an alliance that brings the innovative use of computerized assessments to custom e-learning solutions.

Through the partnership, NogginLabs will provide consulting and assessment design services to users of Questionmark™ Perception™ testing and assessment software. These services will include testing program design, item bank development, test specifications, test design, and custom learning portal development. NogginLabs has already created an online learning portal that utilizes Perception pre- and post-tests for off-the-shelf training products.
