Questionmark Partners with Knowledge Design Group STAMFORD, CT - August 5, 2002 -- Leading testing and assessment software company Questionmark and learning solutions provider Knowledge Design Group today announced a new consulting partnership. Through the partnership, Knowledge Design Group will offer Questionmark™ Perception™ assessments among its customized learning solutions. The company provides performance consulting, training design, development and measurement services as well as other training-related services from its headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Recently, Knowledge Design Group has implemented a major assessment program for a multi-national supplier of gases and chemicals. The project required the creation of 50 different types of bilingual assessments on the use of a newly implemented ERP system for 500 employees based in a number of European countries. Questionmark hosted the assessments. The entire system was prepared and ready for use within 30 days. "We've been very impressed with Knowledge Design Group's ability to identify Perception as an assessment solution, master the use of the software, and move quickly to provide their client with the online tests they required," said Questionmark President Eric Shepherd. "They harnessed the power of Perception and made it work for them, even though they were new to the product. This is a testimony to their extensive skills and effective teamwork." "Knowledge Design Group recommended Questionmark for this project because of the breadth and depth of their software functionality and the scalability of their hosting capabilities," said Stephanie Anderson, president of Knowledge Design Group. "Working with an extremely short implementation schedule, we quickly realized that Questionmark's commitment to customer service and technical support was a critical factor to our success and the success of our client's project. This customized application using Perception provided real-time reporting to the training audience as well as the facilitators, effectively allowing them to measure the value of this important initiative."
