STAMFORD, CT - February 19, 2002 - Testing and assessment software provider Questionmark and Knowledge Management Solutions (KMS), Inc., a leader in designing, developing and implementing financial management programs and knowledge/learning management applications, today announced a partnership to integrate Questionmark™ Perception™ testing and assessment software with KMS' consulting practices.

Through the partnership, KMS will host training courseware and Perception assessments on behalf of their clients, thereby enabling them to concentrate on the content of their e-learning offering without having to worry about IT-related setup and administration.
