Questionmark Partners with iLanguage to Provide Assessment Translations
--Partnership agreement will facilitate global assessments--
STAMFORD, CT - August 26, 2002 - Leading testing and assessment software company Questionmark has joined forces with iLanguage, based in Santa Monica (CA), a leading provider of high-value translation and globalization services to international companies. The partnership gives Questionmark customers access to efficient translation of assessment questions into all major European and Asian languages such as English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.
"We were pleased to discover that iLanguage could take a Questionmark database, run it through their filters, and present all the questions in a different language," said Questionmark President Eric Shepherd. "This capability will be of great benefit to those of our clients who need to administer assessments globally."
"iLanguage is pleased to contribute its expertise and help companies increase elasticity with their customers and employees," said iLanguage CEO Marc Bautil. "By making assessments available in all relevant languages, large companies can respond more quickly to what customers want and assess where employees need more training."

They can present questions with videos, graphics and a wide variety of styles. Participants receive feedback as specified by the author. Some 1,400 businesses, governments, schools, colleges, and universities in more than 50 countries use Questionmark Perception. Typical applications include exams, quizzes, study aids, diagnostic tests, pre-course skills assessments, and course evaluations. Visit www.questionmark.com for more information.
