NCS Pearson Renews Agreement with Questionmark

STAMFORD, CT - July 31, 2002 -- Questionmark, a wholly owned subsidiary of Question Mark Computing, Ltd., today announced that NCS Pearson had renewed a private label distribution agreement to market its eZ.exam™ online assessment system powered by Questionmark's Perception software. NCS Pearson's eZ.exam™ online assessment system is a powerful software package for creating, delivering and analyzing assessments of all types via the internet, intranet, local area network or paper.

Questionmark (www.questionmark.com) is a privately owned company that has been producing testing and assessment software since 1988.
