Dolphin and Questionmark Sign Consultant Agreement

STAMFORD, CT - November 5, 2001 -- Award-winning software design and development solution consultants Dolphin, Inc. have entered into a consulting partnership with Questionmark, providers of Questionmark™Perception™ testing and assessment software for education and training.

"We're excited to work with Dolphin because of their reputation for innovative custom software solutions and course development," said Questionmark President Eric Shepherd. "Their expertise in tailoring and extending Perception's rich tools using a range of techniques-from creating Macromedia Flash modules to performing sophisticated modifications and extensions to data structures-will be of tremendous benefit to many of our clients."

Dolphin develops custom software for a wide range of clients including the Glencoe division of McGraw Hill, ETS Technologies, Addison Wesley, AT&T, Compaq, Globe-Fearon, Harcourt School Publishers, Houghton Mifflin Company, Oxford University Press, Thomson Learning, Pearson Education, and Columbia University. The company will be providing custom software development support to Questionmark customers looking for unique software engineering requirements not currently available within Perception.

"We are very excited to offer our software design and development talents to Perception clients whose specialized needs extend beyond the product's considerable capabilities," said Andrew Gardner, President of Dolphin.

In a recent consultation, Dolphin provided ETS Technologies with software engineering support on one of their key Perception applications. "We recently used Dolphin's services to extend Perception's capabilities to an enterprise level," said Richard Swartz, president of ETS Technologies. "The new release of Dolphin software for our Criterion™ application has helped us reduce the time that we once spent in account set-up and has allowed us instead to increase the flexibility and usability of the online service."
