Questionmark 2008 Users Conference Keynotes to Focus on Better Learning Environments
Dr. Terry McGinn and Rebecca Bales to Headline Program

NORWALK, CT -- December 5, 2007 -- Business consultant Dr. Terry McGinn and Rebecca Bales of Insights Learning & Development of North America will present keynote addresses at the Questionmark 2008 Users Conference April 13 – 16, 2008, in San Antonio, Texas.

McGinn’s talk on “Assessing the Cultural Dimensions of Organizational Success” will focus on the analysis of organizational culture as the unit that links individual behavior to organizational success. Participants will learn about the key variables in organizational systems that affect the organization's ability to accomplish its mission, and how can those variables be measured.

McGinn has a wealth of experience from the college classroom to business and industry, with over 15 years of management experience in profit and nonprofit sectors. He focuses on leadership development, workforce management and change management in his consulting work, along with providing career management services to corporate and individual clients. In addition to his consulting work, he holds an adjunct teaching appointment at the University of Michigan.

Rebecca Bales, a senior account manager for Insights Learning & Development of North America, will kick off the conference with an interactive session on effective personal connections. Participants will discover how self-awareness improves working relationships and thereby improves the learning process.

With a background in human dynamics and psychology, Bales works with all levels of employees from senior leadership to front line. A recipient of Insights’ “Excellence in Facilitation” award, Bales engages her audiences by inciting participation and ownership. She has led over 200 sessions including some for professional organizations such as the Society of Human Resource Management and the American Society of Training and Development.
