Using the Coaching Report Effectively

Synopsis:

The Coaching Report provides detailed information on the performance of one participant on a single assessment, including the question-level details such as the answers that each participant has provided. This report can be used to review results with participants to provide one-on-one feedback to guide and facilitate learning. It can also be used for reference purposes. With the release of Perception v4.4, the Coaching Report now includes new analysis tools, new options for creating reports, analyzing results, filtering data, changing the look & feel, creating report templates, and distributing to participants and other stakeholders. This session takes an in-depth look at how to best use this powerful reporting and analysis tool.
