Background
PSE&G (gas and electric utility in New Jersey) has been utilizing Perception for on-line surveys and summative assessments since 2001, however due to logistical concerns, required quizzes and/or progress checks are still completed the old fashioned way (paper & pencil). This peer discussion will focus on all aspects of how PSE&G incorporated the Perception Printing & Scanning process into its daily activities.
