  Questionmark Perception Reporting & Analytics

Reporting & Analytics

What do your assessment results say?
Reporting and Analytics SolutionsQuestionmark Perception's reporting and analytics tools can help you uncover the meaning hidden within your assessment results:
  • What did participants think of the learning experience?
  • What did participants learn from the training or course?
  • How do I coach test takers to improve performance?
  • Are my questions valid and reliable?
  • How did one group of test takers compare to another?
Perception's standard reporting and analytics include:
  • Item analysis data essential to maximizing quality and reliability of questions
  • Course Evaluation analysis via four standard reports
  • Gap analysis and diagnostic reports understand needs and facilitate prescriptive learning
  • Coaching reports to help you pinpoint specific development needs and provide guidance to improve individual performance
  • Survey reporting to analyze and share results of surveys and course evaluations.

Results can be filtered by date, date ranges, participant names, special (demographic) fields, topics, and assessments -- providing exactly the information or results you need.

Questionmark Analytics

Course Summary ReportQuestionmark Analytics helps provides the tools and reporting capabilities you need to uncover the meaning hidden within your assessment results -- and to share data in a meaningful way with stakeholders.

This next-generation reporting system pulls data from your Perception repository and stores it in a specially constructed Results Warehouse, and includes built-in reports that you can use to drill down on the results you need

Results Management System (RMS)

The Results Management System is an add-on to Questionmark Perception that enables you to analyze and edit results before they are finalized and shared with stakeholders. You can import results directly from your Perception repository into the RMS, and then view item and test statistics, drop or change questions and pass scores, check the results, and then publish into a locked down format when ready.

HR Applications and other third-party reporting systems

Questionmark Perception for Web's answer database can use Microsoft SQL or Oracle to store results. Perception's answer database is documented in order to allow third party reporting programs access the results if they have been configured with sufficient security by the system administrator. Answers and results can be extracted using a series of APIs known as QMWISe.

HR-XML
Questionmark Perception is certified under the HR-XML Consortium’s “HRcertify” program, assuring conformance to the open data exchange standards developed by the Consortium. The HR-XML Consortium develops and publishes open data exchange standards based on Extensible Markup Language ("XML"). Questionmark Perception Version 4.1 (or higher) supports the HR-XML Assessment Result standard, enabling results from Perception assessments to be exported to the growing number of HR (staffing and recruiting, metrics, compensation and benefits, training and work force management) applications that support the HR-XML standard.

Export to Excel
Questionmark Perception’s Export to Excel feature makes it possible to export complete answer data from Questionmark™ Perception™ assessments into the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format. User privileges restrict access to users so that they can only export the data that they are allowed to see.

Excel’s graphing and formatting power can be of great benefit to people who run computerized
assessments. Export to Excel expands the power of Perception’s built-in report types by enabling you to send results to Excel for further analysis and graphing. Although Excel doesn’t provide all of the statistical analysis or presentation capabilities required to investigate the reliability and validity of a test, it does provide a great visual environment to help Perception users derive meaning from data.
