Questionmark Releases Results Importer Add-On

LONDON - November 12, 2002 - Questionmark™ Perception™ testing and assessment software now has a Results Importer add-on for processing high-level test results.

When educators or test administrators need to process tests or assessment results that have been generated outside of Perception, Questionmark Results Importer enables them to import these results into a Perception answer database and then analyse them with Perception Enterprise Reporter.

Results from paper-based tests, assessments delivered with other software, or face-to-face assessments can all be processed by Results Importer.

Users can choose between two importing options. Interactive import is best for smaller numbers of results that can be entered manually in batches of up to 20. An automatic report option lets users create an ASCII file containing all the results, which are then imported in a single operation.

Further details about Perception Results Importer are available at 800-863-3950 or info@questionmark.com

About Questionmark
Questionmark has been producing testing and assessment software since 1988. Questionmark Perception allows people to create question files without programming experience. Users can categorise their question banks into topics and sub-topics from which to assemble tests and surveys. They can shuffle questions and answers for each participant and preview assessments to see how they will appear post-deployment. They can present questions with videos, graphics and a wide variety of styles. Participants receive feedback as specified by the author. Answers are saved to an encrypted file for scoring and analysis in a variety of report formats.

Some 1,400 businesses, governments, schools, colleges, and universities in more than 50 countries use Questionmark Perception. Typical applications include exams, quizzes, study aids, diagnostic tests, pre-course skills assessments, and course evaluations. Complete information can be found at www.questionmark.com.
