Questionmark Partners with PeopleSoft

Questionmark Joins PeopleSoft Software Alliance Partner Program

Stamford, CT - February 6, 2003 - Questionmark, a leading online testing software provider, today announced that it has joined the PeopleSoft® Software Alliance Partner Program. Using the AICC and SCORM industry standards, Questionmark's Perception™ testing and assessment software is compatible with PeopleSoft, Inc's (Nasdaq: PSFT) Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) application. Perception, when used with PeopleSoft ELM, allows customers to develop tests, quizzes, surveys, and assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning across the organisation, and deploy them through PeopleSoft's proven extensible architecture that is open to external systems and content.

According to Questionmark President Eric Shepherd, "Questionmark is excited about the partnership with PeopleSoft and the ability to offer organisations a learning management system with powerful online testing and assessment capabilities that can be used with the enterprise learning management solution of the leading Human Capital Management (HCM) provider."

Questionmark, with more than 1,500 Perception customers, offers the learning industry's most comprehensive set of online assessment capabilities, including authoring, reporting and analysis tools. With Perception software, PeopleSoft customers can easily and cost-effectively create online quizzes, tests, exams and surveys directly through PeopleSoft ELM.

PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management is a new addition to PeopleSoft's industry leading Human Capital Management suite. The ELM solution is pre-integrated with PeopleSoft HRMS and can be integrated with legacy or third-party systems, allowing organisations to leverage existing HR information. The solution reduces learning costs and improves workforce productivity by deploying learning to the right people, at the right time.

"The PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management suite will leverage our experience and industry leading architecture to increase performance by rapidly building critical competencies throughout the organisation, " said Doug Merritt, vice president and general manager, PeopleSoft HCM. "Questionmark's Perception offers our customers a leading testing and assessment solution to enable an organisation to measure the effectiveness of learning that is being delivered across the enterprise."

About Questionmark
Questionmark has been producing testing and assessment software since 1988. Perception gives organisations an easy-to-use tool to create and deliver tests, quizzes and surveys on Intranets, the Internet or using Windows PCs. Authors need no programming experience or knowledge of HTML. Assessments can feature many different question types, with questions pre-selected or dynamically assembled from question banks. Managers and test authors both get extensive reporting and analysis to help them in their work with assessments. Businesses, government agencies, schools, colleges, and universities in more than 50 countries use Questionmark software. Typical applications include exams, quizzes, study aids, diagnostic tests, pre-course skills assessments, and course evaluations. Questionmark is actively involved with the IMS Global Learning Consortium and supports open standards. Visit www.questionmark.com for more information.
