This presentation will examine the issues around choosing and implementing a cost effective solution that is suitable for scaling to a large number of qualifications and centres. As the Systems Manager for ABC Awards, Craig introduced online services and is now leading the introduction of eAssessment. He has an MSc in Business Technology and has published research on innovative approaches to information security.
