Using Questionmark Reporting and Analytics Tools

Synopsis:

Enterprise Reporter and Questionmark Analytics enable Questionmark administrators to run reports and analyse the results within the Perception repository. How can you make the best use of these reports? And which reports are suitable for which purposes? This session explains each of these reports and the data and statistics they contain. Participants will also learn how to use templates to streamline report creation and understand the various filter options available.
