Preferential rates are available for all conference attendees at the Radisson BLU Hotel, Manchester Airport. Room rates include Bed and Full Breakfast in a double room, based on one guest. • Sunday 20th September: £85 (incl VAT)
• Monday 21st September: £130 (incl VAT)
• Tuesday 22nd September: £130 (incl VAT)

Booking Deadline

In order to qualify for the special rate it is highly recommended to book as early as possible, bookings must be made by the 17th August 2009.  Up to this date the rate is subject to availability, as soon as all of the bedrooms on allocation are booked, the best available rate at time of booking will apply. If bookings are received after this date every effort will be made to accommodate delegates but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Payment

Please note all individual delegates will settle their own bed & breakfast and extras accounts on departure.  If any account is not settled the credit card provided will be charged.

Individual Cancellation Policy

Any amendments or cancellations must be made by contacting First Choice Conference and Events by e-mail (laura@firstchoice–ce.co.uk) or by telephone + 44 (0)1242 243475 stating reference Questionmark accommodation. Once a booking has been submitted it can be amended or cancelled up to the 11th September 2009 without charge, after this date full charges will apply for any cancellations.

Location

The Radisson BLU Hotel Manchester Airport is conveniently located between Terminals 1 and 2 via the Skylink (elevated passenger walkway).  Terminal 3 is accessible by foot or via the Transfer bus.  The hotel is also easily accessible by car, coach, train and of course by air.

Manchester Airport's bus and rail stations are situated in the heart of the airport complex which is linked to the hotel by the undercover elevated walkway.

Driving Directions

Approaching the hotel, follow signs initially for Terminal 2. The Hotel is signposted after the roundabout in front of the Railway Station.

Directions from the South

From the M6, exit at Junction 19, following signs for Knutsford onto the M56. Then follow signs for Manchester Airport exiting the M56 at Junction 5.

Directions from the North

From the M6, exit at Junction 20, following the signs for the M56 and Manchester Airport. Exit the M56 at Junction 5.

Directions from City Centre Manchester

From the G-Mex Exhibition Centre, follow signs for Manchester Airport, M56 and M6. Then follow the Princess Parkway onto the M56, exiting Junction 5.
