Title: Questionmark can be more than Questionmark:  Connections, integrations and optimising the deployment

Synopsis: Within the exam department of ECABO, Questionmark Perception is the leading application for exam production and maintenance. Questionmark facilitates the complete chain from construction of an item, item banking, up to exam delivery (CBT and/or paper-based), including psychometric quality testing and reporting, for a high volume of high stake exams in many different languages.

QMWISe facilitates cost-efficient API connections allowing us to connect with  back-office and other third party applications. ECABO also makes the most of our Questionmark investment by utilising Questionmark Live, Translation Manager, Printing and Scanning, the Test Center option, Result Warehousing and also additional custom-built tools, which, provide us with the complete spectrum of construction, distribution- and reporting tools necessary to meet customer demands in a cost effective way.

By learning how ECABO uses these tool and options to help optimise overall efficiency and quality, this will provide insight into how your own organisation could improve efficiency, and also have a better understanding of the possibilities available with API connections and third party applications.
