Title:
Multi source feedback (360°), a powerful instrument for HRM and skill-based education
Synopsis:
With the transition from “knowledge-based education” to “skill-based education in The Netherlands there was a great need for a multisource feedback (360°) assessment and report function in QMP for use in assessing student performance within educational institutes.
ECABO and some other QMP users and Stoas, the QMP distributor in The Netherlands, worked closely with Questionmark to create a solution that extended the functionality of QMP to administer these kind of assessments and reports.
This presentation will explain how this new functionality works, how ECABO uses it, how the end-users react to it and the big advantages of this new functionality in “skill-based assessing”.
It will also make clear that this multisource feedback functionality is also perfect for use within Human Resourse Management (in corporations and other institutes) to measure employee performance and improvements over time.
