Title:

Discussing successful implementation strategies

Synopsis:

In this interactive session we will discuss implementation strategies. We will present two different scenarios of implementing, focusing on aspects like support, professional development, pedagogy, budget and policies. In the second part of the workshop we will ask the participants to share their experiences. Join the discussion, share your knowledge and gain insight in how other organizations implement QMP! This session is a follow up session of the game session which will give insight in all aspects of implementation

At Han University we have years of experience in implementing QMP and other applications in different educational settings both from an organizational and pedagogical point of view . HAN University is a University of Applied Sciences in the East of the Netherlands with approx 30.000 students. The University has a team of 20 professional consultants and application managers who lead implementation projects, support and train teachers and develop policies for technology enhanced education within the HAN University.

 

This session will

  • Hear successful implementations of QMP at HAN University
  • Share and discuss their own experiences with implementations
  • Obtained insight in success and fail factors of implementations
