With Word Authoring Templates questions can be created for Perception quickly and easily using Microsoft® Word.
After a simple installation procedure you can use the Word Authoring Templates to create questions in a similar way than creating letters or other documents in Word.
The types of question you can create are:
Multiple Choice
In a Multiple Choice question, the participant selects an answer from a list of two or more possible answers.
True/False
In a True/False question, the participant selects either ‘True’ or ‘False’.
Yes/No
In a Yes/No question, the participant selects either ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.
Likert
Likert questions are often used in questionnaires and surveys. Typically, the participant makes a selection according to the degree to which they agree or disagree with a statement. In Word Authoring Templates, Likert questions are provided for 'Agreement / Disagreement' and 'Satisfaction / Dissatisfaction'.
Practically any number of questions can be created and saved using Word Authoring Templates.

Using the Word Authoring Templates:
Question Authors and/or Subject Matter Experts create questions and save them to a Word document
Administrators publish the questions to a Perception database using the Publishing software where they can be used like other questions. For more information regarding the Publishing software please refer to the Word Authoring Template Administrator's Guide.
