If participants are being directed to a web page and prompted to install the Questionmark Secure Browser instead of being directed to an assessment, then the Questionmark Secure Browser has not installed correctly or the Questionmark Secure file association is not set properly. If you have installed Questionmark Secure previously please refer to the Knowledge Base article to check that the .qmsb file association is set:
Why do I get a .qmsb - unknown file type error when I open a secure assessment?
If you have not:
- Installed Questionmark Secure previously
- Been given the opportunity to download it when you attempt a secure assessment
You may manually install the Questionmark Secure Browser. This will, in most cases prevent the participants from being asked to install the Questionmark Secure Browser.
