When printing a report from a web browser, you may encounter a problem with printing colors associated with the graphs depicted. This issue is caused by settings in the web browser that are designed to reduce the colors included in a printout of a web page. This issue tends to appear particularly in Survey Reports and Coaching Reports. For details on how to enable full color printing, please refer to:
Enabling full color printing in Internet Explorer
To enable Internet Explorer 7 to print background colours and images:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click Internet Options from the Tools menu

- Click the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to and place a tick in Print background colours and images

- Click OK
Enabling full color printing in Firefox 1 and 2
To enable Firefox to print background colours and images:
- Open Firefox and navigate to the page you want to print
- Click Page Setup from the File menu

- Place a tick in the Print Background (colours & images) option box

- Click OK
