General - Installation   The authoring software won't install - can you help?   The server software won't install correctly. Please help.   I've purchased the software, and received a new license file, but when I load it, the server software won't work.   I'm using IIS and I want to update the server software DLLs with a later version, but the system won't let me.   When I attempt to run Enterprise Manager from my browser the dialog box asks me if I want to save the file or open it.   How can I tell if ASP is loaded on my server?   What do I do about a "Cannot get assessment database connection" message?   The install software asks me to reboot my computer.
