Verifying the RMS installation

Once the RMS has been installed and configured, you can check that RMS works correctly by attempting to:

If you can carry out these functions, the RMS is working correctly and the installation process is complete.

Once your installation is working correctly, you may want to configure the RMS to take advantage of more advanced functionality. For more information on the configuration options available, please refer to the Advanced configuration options chapter.

Logging into to the RMS

If you have created Web shares according to the instructions given in this guide, and your server is www.example.com, the URL to open the RMS will be:

www.example.com/rms/

Type this into your browser. You should see a log-in screen that asks for your user name and password details.

Login using the RMS administrator user name and password. By default these are:

User name

Password

RMSManager

Secret

Importing Users
