The RMS is installed with a 30 day evaluation license. If you have purchased a license to use the RMS after the evaluation period a license key will be provided by Questionmark. The License Key can be updated on the system by the following users:
System Administrator
Supervisor
Reviewer
To update the license click Update License from the RMS main page. You will be presented with the following page.
To update the license:
Copy the license key received from Questionmark into the License Key text box
Click Update to register the license
You will be notified if the license key was successfully updated.
